| Todd Pettengill began his career at the age of 13 in Amsterdam, New York working at all three local radio stations. He then spent six years at the Albany, New York combo WPTR/WFLY where he held the titles of Program Director, Operations Manager and was eventually elevated to Vice President in charge of Programming and Corporate Affairs. He left WPTR/WFLY for a short stint at WIOQ-FM in Philadelphia. In August 1991, Todd joined the air staff of WPLJ-FM as morning show co-host and has four times been named Billboard Magazine's "Air Personality of the Year."
Todd Pettengill is also the Executive Producer of the nationally syndicated Satellite Comedy Network. SCN provides original comedy material to over 120 affiliates under the direction of Pettengill and is distributed by CD Media.
For six years (1991-1997) Todd hosted two internationally syndicated television shows for the World Wrestling Federation. He was seen in over one hundred and fifty countries by over twelve million people each week.
Todd made his daytime debut on NBC's soap opera Another World playing "Sam the Man" Malone, a character written especially for Todd. Shortly after Todd's appearance, "Another World" was cancelled. (coincidence?) Todd has also appeared on the long running soap, As The World Turns where he played French caterer, Jacques, for Jake and Molly's wedding.
Todd has been interested in music since he was an annoying little kid. He began writing songs at the age of 13. He plays a variety of brass instruments including trumpet, french horn and trombone. Todd also plays the piano and synthesizer.
Additionally, Todd is extremely active in the commercial voice over industry having done national radio spots for several major corporate campaigns such as Budweiser, Little Rascals, Return to Lonesome Dove, Harley Davidson and others.
Todd is also President of his own production company, Pettengill Productions Incorporated, which has produced several full length and short form infomercials for international broadcast. Pettengill Publishing Inc, formed in 2001, holds all rights and license for his CD's.
